ABOUT CONSTRUCTION FINANCING
MHI Homebuilders has partnered with a full service preferred lender to ensure that our clients have a variety of programs to choose from. Our lender will work closely with you to determine financing solutions for you and help you afford the home of your dreams at a very competitive interest rate.

We will set up a consultation with our lender so he/she can explain the mortgage process and offer you the different mortgage products at your disposal. After that first consultation, you can fill out the loan application, provide your lender with some financial information and let him/her do the rest.

MHI Homebuilders has also partnered with one of the largest independent title agency in South Florida. From issuing a title policy to coordinating the whole closing process, you are in good hands with our partner closing agency.

The Lot must be free of any standing structures such as homes etc...

The Lot must be within a 12-mile radius of our build area.

MHI Home Builders requires a $ 10,000 deposit at contract signature and will use your lot as a nonrefundable deposit. Customer will not have to pay anything until closing.

Buyer needs to own a suitable lot free and clear with no mortgage or lien. The lot must be transferred to MHI Home Builders by general warranty deed before construction can commence. Your lot will be deeded back to you at closing.
WARRANTY
At MHI Homebuilders, we also offer one the best construction warranty in the industry.

1 year workmanship warranty that covers: Roof covering, cabinets, countertops, door panels, exterior sliding, flooring, ceramic tiles, drywall, interior trim, carpet and paint.
​
2 year systems warranty that covers: Supply piping, waste piping, ductwork and electrical wiring.
​
10 year structural warranty that covers: Roof framing, load-bearing walls, beams, columns, foundation and floor framing.
